1. Initial Consultation
We meet with you to discuss your design and what you want to achieve with your space.
2. Free Quote Estimate
You will receive your free initial quote from us based on the discussions from our consultation.
3. Sign Quote
Once you are happy with your quote we ask that you send through a signed copy and pay the 20% deposit.
4. Finalise Design & Selections
You can choose to meet with our designer in our showroom, at your home or at one of our suppliers showrooms to finalise your selections. We also need to know the details of the appliances you will be using.
5. Demolition
Before we come out to measure we require the existing cabinetry to be removed and any demolition, plumbing or electrical work to be completed. This is to ensure we are able to get more accurate measurements and helps the install run smoother.
6. Measure
A member of our team will be out to do the final measure of your space. Please ensure the area is clean and tidy so that we can get as accurate measurements as possible.
7. Installation
Installation is approximately 2 weeks after the final measure, however this can vary depending on your selections. For your safety please ensure you do not enter the work space during this time.
8. Feedback
Once your cabinetry has been installed we would love to hear about your experience with us. Your feedback ensures we can keep our service at a high standard.
